Out of the entire Harry Potter series the death at the end of this movie hit me the hardest. Especially when you love him even more after reading what was cut out from the books for the movies and got to know him even more. So soul crushing

A bit from the book that I wish was in the film was Harry winning Kreacher over by giving him R.A.B's fake locket. A wonderful act of kindness.

The last two films leave out so many important details (or just change the most pivotal scene and making it completely irrelevant- *cough* that death *cough*)
If you haven’t read the books these two movies will not make much sense and throw up more questions than they have time to answer.
Remus and Tonks for example are having a baby and in the books when they are at Sirius‘ old place Lupin comes to the trio and asks to come along with them because he‘s scared to be a father and thinks his child might be born with his curse. Harry insults him and calls him a coward but it helps and Lupin goes back to Tonks.
There‘s also all the extra information about how the wands work and why Harry‘s wand acted the way it did when he was facing Voldemort (others have already explained this).
There are also a few extracts from that book about Dumbledore in the books. So we find out about his father and what happened. It has to do with Dumbledore’s sister (I can‘t remember the full story).
It also explains why Dumbledore ended up with the Elder Wand. Basically Grindelwald (the young man you see stealing the elder wand) was Bathilda Bagshot‘s (snake lady) nephew and him and Dumbledore got to know each other when Grindelwald spent a summer at his aunts. Together they were plotting to find all three Hallows (hence the symbol in Albus‘ signature) and basically take over the world. When Dumbledore’s sister was accidentally killed by either him or Grindelwald Dumbledore gave up on those plans but Grindelwald continued. He was the darkest wizard before Voldy. And he was eventually beaten by Dumbledore. The place Voldy finds Grindelwald in is a different wizarding prison. So because Grindelwald had stolen the wand from Gregorovich (wand maker) and Dumbledore defeated him, the wand came into Dumbledore’s possession.
There‘s so much more that‘s left out or not explained but it‘d take too long to go into it all.

The irony is that Voldemort is half Muggle.

Harry owns Sirius' family home. It was passed on to him after Sirius' death. Kreacher came with the house so Harry is technically his master. That's why Kreacher does what Harry asks.

I'm glad to hear about the Dursleys. Even though I'm sure they are worse in the books, I can't help but view them as lovable silly villains in the movies
Congrats to Tonks and Remus though, I wish we could've had a little more time with both of them this film (although I understand why it would be difficult)
I've read a few comments about Wormtail in the book, I think that may have been considered too violent for the film, although a fitting end. I really would have loved a few more scenes of the Death Eaters in general, similar to the one council meeting early in the movie. But I'll have to read the books for the extras

Harry didn’t put a spell on the Dursley’s. It took a lot of convincing on his part for them to leave for there own safety
Snape is indeed a halfblood. His mother’s maiden name was prince so that’s why he named himself the half-blood prince. Voldemort is also half-blood btw
Umbridge has mad eyes eye on her door
In order to make a patronus you have to think of a very happy memory. So umbridge was just very very happy with herself as her cat patronus was just hanging out next to her.

Fun facts/answers to some of your questions (that have not been answered):
Deathly Hallows Part 1 & 2 were filmed back to back. Actually, the final scene of the franchise that was filmed was the scene where Harry, Ron and Hermione escape from the Ministry of Magic while being pursued by Yaxley the Death Eater. The shoot was followed by a celebratory BBQ, with music from a Mariachi band and ice cream supplied by Rupert Grint from the ice cream truck he purchased with his earnings from the films.
The film doesn't make the whole trace thing as clear as in the book. The real reason Harry had to stay with the Dursleys every summer was because when Lily sacrificed herself she invoked an ancient and powerful spell in which her blood served as protection for Harry against Voldemort through aunt Petunia. As Lily's sister, Petunia is Harry's closest living blood relative and he was protected as long as he stayed where she stayed until the age of 17. Also, the trace regarding Voldemort's name is a seperate thing.
Each wand is unique and has a special connection with its owner. The wand chooses the wizard and when it belongs to someone it will never work quite right for one who's not its rightful owner. Remember in the first film when Ollivander says to Harry that the core of his wand was made from a feather of the same phoenix as Voldemort's (more specifically Dumbledore's phoenix aka Fawkes)? It created a strong connection between them and they are, in a way, twins, which is why they aren't able to seriously wound or kill each other. Also, when Voldemort tried to attack Harry with Lucius' wand (he was really there), Harry’s wand recognised him as an enemy and overpowered him because it absorbed some of the power of Voldy's wand when they duelled in GoF.
Bill Weasley was bit by Fenrir Greyback (same werewolf who bit Lupin) during a battle at Hogwarts that took place in the 6th book after Dumbledore died, which was cut from the film. However, Bill did not turn into a werewolf because it wasn't a full moon when he was attacked. But he did develop some wolfish tendencies such as liking rare meat. Bill is played by Domhnall Gleeson, son of Brendan Gleeson who plays Mad-Eye Moody, which, if you know that, makes his line about Mad-Eye being dead even more imfactful. The book mentions that after being attacked, Bill is so scarred that he now resembles Moody. Also, Domhnall Gleeson and Bill Nighy (Rufus Scrimgeour, the new Minister of Magic that comes to tell the trio about Dumbledore's will) played father and son in a movie called About Time, with Rachel McAdams and Margot Robbie.
At the end of CoS, Harry makes Dobby promise never to save his life again. Dobby breaks that promise as he literally dies saving his and his friends' lives. Also, Dobby's first and last lines are "Harry Potter". He and Hedwig were both so innocent 💔
It broke Hermione to erase her parents' memories of her (that's why she was so emotional when she had to do that spell again) but she HAD TO to keep them safe from Voldemort.
Lucius is terrified of Voldemort because he failed him with the diary, the prophecy and then Draco failed to kill Dumbledore (which was to punish Lucius).
Just as Tom Riddle split his soul in 7 parts through horcruxes to preserve his life, Harry Potter "split" into 7 "bodies" to preserve his life (though it wasn't his idea).
Nagini, disguised as Bathilda Bagshot, asks Harry if he is who she thinks he is and he confirms. In the book, he doesn't even realise she is speaking to him in Parseltongue (just like he didn't realise he was speaking it in CoS).
The locket affects Ron the most because he is the most insecure. The things it is saying about him before destroying it is just Voldemort feeding on his biggest fears.
The reason the sword is in the pond is because, as Dumbledore said in CoS: It takes a true act of bravery, a true Gryffindor to make it appear.
Not so fun fact: David Holmes, Daniel Radcliffe's stunt-double, was seriously injured on set. He became partially paralysed, with only limited mobility in his arms.
Book/film differences:
There's a deleted scene of Harry's goodbye with the Dursleys, who are leaving, which EVERYONE agrees should have been kept in the film. Petunia says to Harry "You didn't just lose a mother that night in Godric's Hollow. I lost a sister" (in the book she doesn't say this at all but instead a simple goodbye, though it looks like she has something else to say to him). In that one single moment we see more humanity than in all the other books/films, and we realise that, in spite of everything, Petunia loved Lily. While it doesn't excuse how she treated Harry it does show that a part of her loved her sister and therefore she loved Harry too. Then there's Vernon who doesn't say much but farewell, but when Harry says "I'm just a waste of space, isn't that right Vernon?" he doesn't answer and just looks at him. Lastly, Dudley hesitates getting in the car and then walks over to Harry while literally staring down his father (quite awkwardly but maybe that was intentional), reaches out to shake Harry's hand and says to him "I don't think you're a waste of space" (in the book he also thanks Harry for saving his life in OotP and says "See you, Harry"). See here: https://youtu.be/jzkDRz8quKo?si=XTkrSPP6vuXPYO7a.
Now, the way dementors work is they force their victims to suffer their worst memories and fears. Dudley saw his worst fear which was seeing who he truly was: a spoiled brat and a bully. After Harry saved him he realised he needed to change his ways. There is also a scene where Harry steps on a cup of tea that was left outside his door. He assumes it was a prank but it's implied Dudley left it there out of concern.
The Harry and Hermione dancing scene was not in the book. Everyone has their own interpretation but to me it's just two friends letting themselves forget for a few minutes. It says so much even without any dialogue and it's awkward because it feels so real. When Harry takes the locket off Hermione's neck and sets it aside, they are literally setting their burdens aside for one moment. This scene is the embodiment of Dumbledore's quote from Prisoner of Azkaban - "Happiness can be found even in the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the light".
Some people say film Ron and Hermione aren't as good as book Ron and Hermione but I disagree. Emma and Rupert had plenty of chemistry but Emma also had crazy chemistry with Dan. While he and Bonnie Wright, who plays Ginny, had none whatsoever. Hell, Harry had more chemistry with Luna than Ginny. But I personally love that Harry and Hermione's relationship was simply platonic throughout the series. There is something so pure about it.
Having Bellatrix carve "mudblood" into Hermione's arm during the torture scene was not in the book or the original script. Emma Watson and Helena Bonham Carter came up with the idea together on the spur of the moment during filming. Also, Evanna Lynch made up the dance Luna did with her dad during Bill’s and Fleur’s wedding.

Harry did not erase the memories of the Dursleys. Just convinced them to get to a safe place.
In the book, the Death Eaters recognized the real Harry because he used Expelliarmus, the disarming spell, not because of Hedwig. They attach that spell to Harry because he used it against Voldemort at the graveyard when they fought, a different person would have tried to hurt the Death Eaters but Harry always tries to disarm them.
Tonks was about to announce that her and Remus were going to have a baby.
The book Rita Skeeter wrote has cores of truth to it, but I assume a lot of it is made bigger than it actually is.
When Harry and Hermione visit Godrick's Hollow they actually do visit as different people using Polyjuice Potion to appear as Muggles. The movie change was pretty neat, though.
One thing I wish they included was when Harry saw the blown up house of his parents, it changes before his eyes and he sees signs and graffiti and such left by wizards to show their support.
Harry and Hermione's dance was a movie-add. Lovely scene, though.
Harry no longer uses Voldemort's name because there is a curse on it where when you use the name, the Death Eaters are alerted because they figure only people who oppose him would use the name.
Wormtail comes to a very gruesome death in one of the final scenes of the book version of that scene. I'll let you read that on your own once you pick up reading it.

It's explained better in the books, but Voldemort put a trace on his name. That is how the Death Eaters found them in the coffee shop and its why people were always afraid to use it.

May I explain the wand situation? So Voldy got Lucious’s wand, but Harry’s wand acted on its own and overpowered it. That is because when Voldy and Harry duelled in Goblet of Fore, since they are twins, Harry’s wand absorbed some of the power of Voldy’s vand. When voldy attacked him here, the wand recognised him as a foe and acted on its own using that power. Of course these powers only work when Harry is fighting Voldy. The prophecy said “The Dark Lord shall mark him as his equal”, so unknowingly and unintentionally Voldy strengthens Harry to fight him everytime he attacks him!

Okay, also, I have to mention the brilliant acting choices by the people who played Harry, Ron, and Hermione after they took Polyjuice Potion to get into the ministry. The guy Harry has transformed into (Albert Runcorn) is much bigger than Harry so the actor chose to walk in a funny/awkward manner because Harry wouldn't be used to maneuvering such a big body, he'd be very awkward, and uncomfortable with that much extra of him. It is a great choice acting-wise, and it adds some much-needed levity to this incredibly intense film.

He was the half blood Prince because he was half muggle and I think his mums maiden name was Prince (been a while since I read HBP so I might have got his parents muddled up)
