I've noticed that it's gotten a lot harder to move. I've literally gained almost 70 pounds. That's a lot. I've noticed that if I walk a little bit faster than usual or go uphill, I get out of breath very fast.
I've also noticed that I've become much lazier, I couldn't sit still before, and now I spend 80% of my time in bed pinned with my lard and food in my gut. I also sweat more and my rolls need special attention in the bathroom).
I would tell you how much harder it has become to exercise BUT, I don't even try. All physical activity is about 500 steps a day, the rest of the time I'm either lying down or riding in the car. Maybe that's why my whole body is sagging and covered in layers of lard?
Do you think I should move more and eat less? Or am I doing the right thing? I think I'm a ruined and spoiled girl.
