I was SWEATING MY BUTT OFF last hour during a walk. Now I'm gonna probably be staying indoors for a while and drinking plenty of ice cold water and staying hydrated and refreshed with the AC on. 🤒🥵😰💦🧊🌡☀️🔥💧
