Chasing Daylight Demo

I had no clue what I wanted to do with the song, I started writing it AGES before I released it and it didn't sound like any of the other songs I was writing at that point in my life so I had no idea what to do with it.
You can hear it gets a lot rowdier at the end and I was planning for it to turn into some big rock track and I even went in for a session with a writer to write on it maybe a year before it was released but it just didn't feel right. I love how the final version sounds now but listening to this one is kinda sweet LOOOL
You probs know already but the song is about being sad that people I love are sad and wanting to take all of their pain away - cringe and gay, you are welcome
