When it comes to FGO, what they're talking about is a singularity that took place in Fuyuki City (where F/SN took place), but it was as if everything went wrong and just about all of the servants were corrupted in this particular singularity. It's literally the first singularity you play in the FGO game, which also serves as the game's tutorial.
