Saturday Update!
Added 2025-12-27 15:41:27 +0000 UTCWelp, we made it through xmas, team! I have already, embarrassingly, eaten all the candy I was gifted.
Unfortunately I really don't have much to show this week π¬ I didn't get any writing done at all. I did try, def sat at my desk for work hours for a couple days, but I just didn't get anywhere. I did some brainstorming instead to figure out what I'm gonna do for the next bit of the script [ I think some stuff needs to be chopped out from night 2 for being carbon copies of content in night 1- thats boring and redundant ] I know cutting content isn't what people generally like to hear, but I think sometimes less is more. I want an 'all killer no filler' situation if possible.
Instead of writing, I tried to do a bit of music stuff again, but I don't think I accomplished anything good there either ππ Much like the script, it's unfinished and missing crucial layers. But it might be a good start for something. If I can get an actual melody in there LMAO
[ I've attached the mp3 below as 'lawrence_experiment_2' ] It's not a full song by any means, just trying to get some groundwork down. I like the drone and bass so far but thats about it LMAO
I also did a little bit of drawing, not a scene from the script but just some Lawrence
Aside from that, all I have is some cat pics and videos π
I walked to the store yesterday to buy her some food and I also grabbed some late xmas presents for her. I got a few new toys based on ones I know she likes already, and a little hard clamshell bed thing to replace a cardboard box I wanted to throw out. She seems to like them!
I also got some little videos of her watching the snow fall on xmas eve and her yelling at me to give her dinner faster LMAO

Sorry for the sparse update and not getting much done ^^; I know I said I'd be taking a few days off but it ended up being more because I was so worn out. I might work some more days than planned next week to make up for it, I'll see how I feel.
But either way, take it easy and stay safe folks! Enjoy the liminal space!
