Saturday Update?
Added 2025-01-25 15:40:18 +0000 UTCHello again! It's a strange Saturday Update this week because I have absolutely nothing to offer you, I'm sorry 😂 But I figured I can at least make an update about how my move is going anyway, since that's all I've been working on for the past week.
I'm pretty much finished packing now. Moving day is Monday and I just have to pack up my kitchen and bathroom stuff tomorrow. And I guess throw my clothes in some bags LMAO
Most of my stuff is crammed in the corner now, although that's probably around 50% merch for my store.
Things have gone really well with other stuff I had to organize. My new dishwasher is already fully installed and the window guys say they can install my new windows in early Feb!! Way faster than I expected! So that's really fantastic.
Everything's going well but I'm still really tired and anxious 😅 I've been having so much trouble sleeping. Change is always hard for me, even when it's something I wanted and worked for.
But soon it'll all be done. Next week I'll unpack and settle in.
I'm going to try and take breaks and not rush myself, because I've been pushing myself pretty hard lately and I can feel my mind and body reaching limits.
I deeply yearn for the day where there is no longer any decisions left to make LMAO at least for a while.
Anyway, I apologize again for the short and basically empty update, I'm strapped for time and I gotta go.

You know the first few days will be hectic, but it'll be perfection when you can lay down after unpacking and sleep like the dead lol. Since that limits who'd be able to see it, and anyone who is an issue can easily be removed from the stream and from your patreon? Just a thought, not sure if it would be possible or not, or even if you'd be comfortable with doing that 😊

Such adjustment takes its own time, and you're doing right by just listening to your body and pacing yourself. 👍 Just allow it to take whatever time it needs to take. Getting impatient or guilty about "not getting used to things faster" can funnily enough delay the recovery process, in my experience. 😂 That said, I think it'll be exciting to "play around" with your new living space and rearrange items around! That way, everything is more to your energy-levels or aspirational-liking of how you personally want your new space to better serve you! 👀 You see, I am also experimenting with my living space right now & figuring what I want to keep for my new chapter in life. I'm going all Marie Kondo style (LMAO), and mindfully thinking about what I truly want to see next season, what makes me happy by just touching it, and what my future self deserves (eg. "Damn, I can do better than this [item] even though it's still 'functional' amongst it wear-and-tear. It's donation time, biatch! YEET!!!" *Basketball shot* "Fuxk...! I missed!"). 😂 TBH, I am still not fully done with my Home DIY projects but I have faith I will get them done eventually! 💪 My Home DIY days have been scattered across several weeks with gaps in-between (for other life areas & rest). Hopefully you don't got obligations to where you HAVE to get ALL of your living space established within a few days (unless that's truly what'll make you happy!). Hell, you're the ✨Sovereign✨ of your new room/castle so it doesn't hurt to relax and let a new space speak to you, to "feel it out" and develop inspirational hunches or a task-list/blueprint of how you want to transform your space for the awesome person you are becoming!!! 😁✨ Even when we're alone, sometimes we're still not "resting" because our brains are distracted from truly being within our bodies/emotions (eg. phone scrolling), leading to build-up of unprocessed stress that shows up in other ways overtime (like immune problems). 🤔 I hope your new place has some nifty parks, businesses, or other scenery that helps you feel more safe as you explore them & take walking-breaks from your house (eg. "It's okay for me to feel safe & relax at this time. Anything/everybody else can wait. The world is not going to catch on fire just because I'm not vigilant 24/7; or if it does, not everything is solely my responsibility to 'fix.'" 🙄). Personally, I enjoy the " sensory deprivation" tank that is my locked personal car and just driving off from anything/anyone that can potentially disrupt that block of alone time. (Does that sound ruthless of me? Lmao, oh well.) 😂 Sorry if all I said is just gross mis-projection there, but regardless, I hope you get the true rest you need! 🥺🍵 I would totally understand if you needed more time to catch up with other areas of your life, and needed more time to yourself VS. jumping straight away to music production, etc. Just know that I'm cheering for ya, Gato! 🥳

Because of the change, I'll be changing the intro story a bit to make it work- don't worry though, I've already planned that out and I think it'll work nicely!
