Credits Update!

I am still struggling to compile these properly thanks to Patreon removing the ability to search for patrons based on amount paid during a specific month, so please look over this list and make sure you appear properly if you've pledged $20 last month!
Also, please let me know if you'd like your name to appear differently! I only use Patreon usernames because that the only information I have- but I'm very happy to change your name for you if you like. Even small changes like spelling or capitalization!
