Saturday Update!

Hell again folks! Sorry for the late update today and the missed Saturday update last week!

Things have just been CRAZY BUSY for me since launch and I've been forgetting things left and right ^^; [ I even locked myself out of my apartment yesterday I don't wanna talk about it LMAO ]

But I do have things to report!

Pretty much all this week I was building an Itchio page for TPOF [ Done ], filling out tax paper work [ Done on my end but it hasnt been properly accepted yet- I sent a help ticket but no reply yet ] and Fixing up the Android copy of TPOF [ Also Done I think ]

The android copy needed bigger text, bigger buttons, and a few functionality tweaks to work comfortably on a phone.

I also spent a lot of this week just trying to keep up with the massive social media response to TPOF! I can't believe how well it's gone over! I'm so happy that people are enjoying my game πŸ˜­πŸ’š

And here and there between work, I started doing some doodling!

I felt like trying to do a crazy expression so I tried to draw Derek having a near-meltdown, probably losing his mind because he was told to behave himself.

I also just this morning tried to think of some very rough concepts for new keychains. Here's what I doodled out. It's nothing very good or final at all, but just kind of vaguely concepting. I'm also considering replacing the old designs for the classic standing BTD crew chibis now...

I do really like some of these designs but I feel like some of the others might new changes haha!

But either way, I'm not going to go too ham into it yet- it's still the weekend after all and I definitely need some downtime after this crazy week x'D

Oh- I've also been thinking about the future of this Patreon. It's true that I'm planning on closing the discord soon [ it was only ever meant to be temporary for beta testing ], but I'd still like this Patreon to have some value. Aside from posting WIPs, future plans, general work stuff, and possibly some high rez versions of certain game art, I think I might start doing some Ren'Py tutorials again.

I used to post Ren'Py tutorials a long time ago, and maybe once I get some more free time, it would be nice to get back into it. I figure it might be fun for non-coders to see behind the scenes a bit, and for other game makers to possibly get some useful tips!

But of course, for now I'm just taking things a bit slow as I transition into a new work mode [ MERCH! ]
