Version 0.2 preview

Been working on some assets for the spooky 0.2 halloween update.

A new wherewolf enemy is ~90% done and I've begun working on the cinematic.

A new outfit has been blocked out and i've started working on how outfit unlocks will work. The model in the previews doesn't have textures yet and needs a lot of polish.

I also included an image of a new variant of the mist shader from the tentacle cinematic. Im quite pleased with how it looks on the cinematic backdrop, it even works when the camera moves through it.

The early access build should be available to patrons in around 2-3 weeks.

Stockings will stay on during interactions with enemies.

Changing outfits will probably be done through the mirror, currently they reflect wand spells back at the caster. I am working on tiles that have the drain mechanic, interactables need more variety so I would rather add new tiles rather than reusing existing ones.

Will you be adding an interaction for the mirrors? Like masturbate and it drains like 15cum but ruins the mirror so it cant be used again. Just thinking about stuff. Love the game Btw, its super unique.

Found an interesting bug: when you summon a haunted skull, then take the stairs down while it's still spawned, it does not follow. Instead a 'phantom' skull (just the model, really) will persist at those co-ordinates on all lower levels. The model can't be interacted with. Other characters (and the Player) can move 'into' the model, but if they do their animations will not play. This even persists across runs - so if you die, the haunted skull will still appear at the same co-ords on you next playthrough, until you restart the game. I can send through screenshots if that helps?

Love the update - and absolutely adore the game. The art direction is superb, the game is a really fun call back to old-school Rogue and has a surprising amount of meat on the bone for something so early in the development cycle. It's also just a huge amount of fun - a great balance between intuitive gameplay and enough features to be interesting, and a core gameplay mechanic that excellently balances the risk/reward trade off that is the heart of the genre, but at every level. I also really appreciate some of the decisions made about the explicit material. There's so much agency built into the context of the scenes that it feels much more like a CNC fantasy than the non-consent heavy approaches which dominate the genre. Even decisions you've made like changing from a 'torn clothes' mechanic to a choice to strip (which can cause a charm effect) are really clever, and - for my money - much hotter than the alternative. Just an all-round excellent experience so far. Really keen to help out however I can, so if bugtracking or anything would be useful, let us know! (PS: also, huge thanks for the Linux build! There are dozens of us!)

The current main focus is on a new themed floor with new monsters, items and interactable tiles every major update (0.2, 0.3, 0.4, etc). Outfits and new animations for existing monsters would be bonus content.

cool update, really like the new outfit. Is there plans on what you want to add on every new big update. (I.E new zones, new monster, new items, etc)
