v1.0 early access 1 preview
The public build for v0.5 is now up on itch. I ended up spending a bit longer than anticipated getting the build ready so I'm a smidge behind schedule.
This month's build will be getting the new alien floor added along with a new alien stalker/hunter style enemy, the animation rig is fully finished but the sculpt still needs some work especially his feet.
I'll also be adding the new animation stage to the minotaur bath cinematic which overwhelmingly won the previous poll.

A couple of bugfixes and a few last minute changes to the audio modding system before the public release of v0.5.
The folder structure has been changed so that each unique cinematic ID has its own folder. So for shared cinematics like the succubus/incubus anal variants, they will both use the incubus folder for the sound.

I've added some new options to the poll, but I haven't added a clayman threesome. I think a fivesome would be a better fit for them, but I'm still working up the courage to work on it.

Open the hidden menu by pressing F3 at the Main Menu screen, then select "Generate audio modding template". The game will then create the required folders, and empty .json files for each cinematic in the game directory.

The build was always intended to be a quick one, but I still had my doubts that it would get done in just three months. I feel that the castle floor is a big improvement over the old generic themed floor so I'm quite pleased with the end results.

The living/magic armor enemy and outfit versions are more or less done, they're just missing some final polish.
The bottom bit of the cloth part was meant to be much longer and have cloth physics, but I ran into some issues with the physics and had to redesign it for regular skeletal animations.
The physics worked great when the model never moved from it's starting position, but as soon as it did the model would detach from the character and fly off into the ether.

Edit (AMD driver issues):
Apparently the newest Radeon drivers (25.8.1) for AMD GPUs break a lot of Godot games using Vulkan. So if you have issues running the game you could either try the dx12 version, roll back your GPU drivers (25.6.1 apparently works), or wait for AMD to release a fix.

For this month's build I'll aim to get as much work done on the dungeon XL floor redesign as I can. Which will feature a new Clayman living statue type enemy. I tried giving him a human face but it just looked really wrong, so I ended up going for a dnd doppelganger inspired face. I'm not entirely satisfied with how he looks at the moment, but hopefully some procedural textures will make him look a little less bland.

The public build for v0.4 will be uploaded to itch some time after this months v0.5 early access build. It might contain some extra quality of life features from v0.5 but will mostly be identical to last months early access build.
Originally when I started this Patreon the goal was to release a public build every 3-4 months. At 5 months v0.4 is stretching that goal quite a bit. And after almost half a year I found it difficult to even remember ...

This will be the last early access build for v0.4, with the public release of v0.4 planned for the end of July.
There will be two new cinematics for goblin x incubus and succubus. As well as the Minotaur anal cinematic that won the last poll.

This months build will feature a few gameplay changes, the biggest one being the removal of hunger as a mechanic. To replace the sense of urgency it brought I'll be experimenting with spawning harder versions of the enemies if the player stays on a floor for too long (like the "evil link" looking goblin in image 1).
