The second time Huell pickpocketed Jesse wasnt for the ricin, remember they were looking together for it and walt destroyed the "fake ricin" in jesses toilet once they found it. But because Huell took the weed just so the disappear guy wouldnt be mad at jesse he realized that Huell also took the ricin and now he knew that Walt was responsible for Brocks poisioning and the followup of them killing Gus together.

Like what was that comment on Walt's house seeming musty? it's almost like you just want to find more things to dislike about him now. Not defending Walt, it just seems strange.. and I feel like you've done this for other characters you don't really care for, like skinny pete/badger. Once you deem their character to not be fully to your liking you seem to get quite judgemental, like you don't even want to see other sides of their character.
