Hey all! This one got done pretty quickly! I guess that's what happens when a video is less than 2 hours long!
But this video is about the Netflix series Centaurworld and the harsh anachronism that is present throughout the series's plot and presentation. While that kind of descriptor usually comes with negative connotations, this essay argues how that anachronism helps to serve a rather interesting message about adulthood and childhood in the context of animation.
If you haven't seen the series before, it's highly recommended and available to watch on Netflix. (Though if you don't want to support Netflix and their bullshit, there are alternatives... 🏴☠️🏴☠️🏴☠️).
While this version is more or less going to be the version that will be released at the end of the month, there are a couple of extra things that I will want to add and tweak. I think you will enjoy the additions, but until then, I hope you enjoy this video!
