Miss Marsha White, 9th floor specialties department and the gold thimble reference are all from that episode

He said he drives people places but doesn't know what happens to them (but obviously we know they get killed, or they just die) that's why when Irving went to Burt and his husband's home for dinner Burt said he wanted to be an innie so that he could experience being innocent, because he's a goon in real life, doing horrible things, and he wanted at least half if his identity to got to heaven when he dies.
