That might kill the comic though: Post scarcity future and even a lower class person probably has more health, security, comfort than a (now vanishing) middle class person of today. So if Kiet gets Tiffany Towers boobs she'd just be buried in Men sexing her up and Bex would have trouble finding an arm or leg to pull her out from the pile, with waiting horny men trying to instigate mating with her while she tries... Fun future post scarcity a medical bot sneaks in injections and once in a while someone goes to the food replicator on the wall and any authorities go "uh, they are all consenting adults, right? No ones trying for an anti tech destruction movement like that THings to Come paleo movie? why should we bother them?" Be neat for one gag tho!
