Tier rework finished + resuming billing

The Discord server is still being worked on, so although it is among the benefits, it's not ready yet and won't be until late January/early February.
Billing will resume on the 30th of December (tomorrow) so be sure to cancel your membership in time and re-subscribe tomorrow if you'd like ♡
The art rewards will be sent out tomorrow as well!
