This mod add small town themed traits and social event to The Sims 4.

Compatible with latest patch.
Now requires XML Injector:

There are a variety of small town save files you can use to create your small town. Just search google for "Sims 4 Small Town Save".

Use the Small Towner Mod to give multiple households different traits. These traits allow the locals to have new social interactions, random buffs, and a small town gathering that can be hosted.

All the traits are in CAS, located in the Social category.

Small Town Gathering Event will require several items. Grill, Stereo, Chess Board, and Bar.

How To Install
-Unzip file. Keep all files in the folder. Place the folder in your Sims 4 Mods Folder.
-Sims 4 game options, mods and script mods need to be enabled.
-Requires the latest version of Sims 4
-If there isn't a zip file, just download all the files below, place them in a folder, then your Sims 4 mods folder.

Terms Of Use
-Do not claim this mod as your own
-Do not re-upload to any site
-Translations cannot include the mod. Only stringtables.
