Ownable Brothels Mod adds new dedicated brothels for The Sims 4.
How To Become A Brothel Keeper
Self click on the Sim you want to become a brothel keeper. Located behind the Action social menu select "Become A Brothel keeper". This will give your Sim the needed trait.
Recruit Brothel Prostitutes
Click on any Sim older than teen you want to become a brothel prostitute. Select the "Recruit Into Brothel Prostitution"
Using your phone start a social event. Select Run A Brothel event.
This event can last a full 24 in game hours.
Setup your brothel anyway you like.
Set the venue type for the brothel to Generic or use your residential home.
To goal the event click on any of your prostitutes and select the "Manage Brothel Prostitutes" social menu. These interactions will only show up on Sims you recruited.
You earn $8000 per event. Must get gold.
You can add Wicked Whims for the brothel prostitutes to have sex with the sex buyers.
NOTE
The following images are from the Wicked Whims Sex Mod. A separate mod for the brothel service gameplay. You'll need to download the Wicked Whims Mod from the provided link below and have enough sex animations you can find on the LoverLab.com website. https://wickedwhimsmod.com/download Scroll down on the Wicked Whims download page to find suggested sex animations.
How To Install
-Unzip file. Keep all files in the folder. Place the folder in your Sims 4 Mods Folder.
-Sims 4 game options, mods and script mods need to be enabled.
-Requires the latest version of Sims 4
-If there isn't a zip file, just download all the files below, place them in a folder, then your Sims 4 mods folder.
Terms Of Use
-Do not claim this mod as your own
-Do not re-upload to any site
-Translations cannot include the mod. Only stringtables.

I'll have an update released very soon for the mod. The venue is no longer included or needed with the mod. Make sure you're using the updated versions.

2025-01-12 04:08:39 +0000 UTCI really liked the original idea, I get why it is probably easier for this, but this feels like it would be better as a club and you're the pimp rather then a brothel. And unfortunately there are better prostitution mods, they just don't have a building or allow employees. But I will be keeping an eye on this. Also neither of the prostitutes actually had sex, they just sat around doing regular stuff not interacting with customers.

The bar is in the same building as his residential venue. I used Littlemssam Lived In Business: Bar. To run his brothel business in the same residential venue, can I use BOTH Sexy Gigs - Pimping and Ownable Brothels V4? Or better choose only 1?
