Life On The Farm Mod adds ownable farms, new farming supplies, and the ability to hire and fire Farmhands.

How To Setup A Farm
Build your own or download a farm from the gallery.  Set the venue type to "Farm" or "Generic".  Both venue types will work with this mod.  Just keep in mind you'll have to skip the purchase farm interaction.

Farmer CAS Trait
Give your Sim the Farmer lifestyle trait in cas to unlock all interactions.

How To Purchase A Farm
Using  a basegame computer (most will work) find the "Manage Farm" menu.  The "Purchase Farm" interaction is behind this menu.  Click on the interaction to purchase.  Make sure you created a farm and gave it the proper venue type in order for it appear.

The value of the lot is the price so make sure you have enough money to purchase.

Next, select the farm and decide how much money to transfer.

Note:
Only use this part of the UI. The rest of the retail UI should not be used except selling the business.

How To Run A Farm
To run the farm you can purchase bulk bag of vegetable seeds. These are all starter seeds but will give you a much higher qty for just $30.  You can also purchase Gardening Lime which is basically fertilizer.  Use this the same way you would regular fertilizer.  Keep in mind you need a certain level or gardening skill.

Hire and fire Farmhands.  When you hire a Farmhand it'll cost $175 for a few hours.  They'll plant and tend the gardens for you.  Using the computer select "Manage Farm" and the "Start The Day" interaction to spawn any hired Farmhands.  "End The Day" to send Farmhands and everyone else home.

How To Cultivate The Land
Click the soil for a new "Land Cultivation" menu.  You can "Collect Manure", or "Add Lime To Soil".  Both interactions basically give you free and unlimited fertilizer to help with your crops.

Known Issue - Fertilizer doesn't have an icon.  

Note:  Bag Of Vegetable Seeds
The bulk bag of vegetable seeds will have the fertilizer icon.  You'll have to place the bag in the world to open it.  You cannot open it from inventory.

How To Install
-Unzip file.  Keep all files in the folder.  Place the folder in your Sims 4 Mods Folder.
-Sims 4 game options, mods and script mods need to be enabled.
-Requires the latest version of Sims 4
-If there isn't a zip file, just download all the files below, place them in a folder, then your Sims 4 mods folder.

Terms Of Use
-Do not claim this mod as your own
-Do not re-upload to any site
-Translations cannot include the mod.  Only stringtables.
