Music Writing Career - Currently working on this mod, possibly releasing tonight but expectation is sometime Saturday.  I've added more gameplay, demo music objects and music production software object.  You'll be able to copyright your music before  making a music publishing deal or licensing.  Minor Music Writing skill allows you to level up the type of opportunities available to you.  Level 5 you can Co-Write songs with another Sim from computer Simpicker.

You'll need to purchase Music Production Software, install the software before you can write music.  No music instrument needed to write music though.  All electronic. Releasing Early Access - Pixxel Perverts

Thursday 2/9
Music Writing Career - Releasing late tonight or Friday night.  Making sure I get needed rest before working on new mods.

Stand-Up Comedian v2 set for releasing along with Music Writing Career.  This is a very small mod that adds a way to earn more money as a comedian and new funny social interactions.

Senior Living Mod - will need a couple more days to complete.  I will definitely keep you updated, however I'm not expecting this mod to take too much longer.

Anger Management Mod - Releasing late tonight
New interactions have a potential outcome to make your Sim get angry.  They can choose a fight type of response to handle their anger or be passive-aggressive.  If they have a fight outburst they'll need to attend Anger Management to learn ways to control their anger.  There's a new Anger Management Skill for your Sim to master and ultimately learn how to turn anger into something positive.

Ownable Apartments - Not City Living style apartments.  Rent out apartments, manage the property, place anywhere.  I will make sure there are two ways to use the mod.  Purchasing through the retail ui from Get To Work expansion or Basegame version without ui.  Could be a small delay because I'm still developing this idea.
