Requires Get To Work Expansion Pack for some items to show. May need other packs too for objects but you can replace whatever you want. The mod will still work.
The public version includes Corporate Headquarters lot. It's 50x40. Known issue with the doors missing all interactions.
How To Play:
Start out by giving your Sim the CEO trait in CAS. This will unlock key social and computer interactions.
Computer Interactions:
Corporate System menus will allow you to meet with a business client and use the "Client" interactions to complete a sale.
"Manage Employees" will allow you to spawn 6 to 8 Corporate Employees and 1 Receptionist. Use the Employees menu to communicate with them.
Corporate Filing Cabinet can be opened to get company files. Known issue, notification is blank, files spawn into household inventory.
Each file should give you a message.
To setup the Corporate Office, I suggest the venue type to be Generic. That's all you have to do. Then spawn your employees from the computer.
I did have an issue with the menu popping up on CC computers. If they don't show up try a different computer.
This mod is compressed into a zip file, you'll need a program like this: https://www.rarlab.com/ to unzip. Once unzipped place into your Sims 4 Mod folder.

You don't need the lot to use the mod. You can try from home, should still work. Generic lots do work. Set it up the way you like. Search "Corporate Filing Cabinet" to find it in buy mode. If it doesn't show up use the bb.ignoregameplayunlocksentitlement cheat or bb.showhiddenobjects.
