Pixxel Shack Daycare Center (Functional)

Use the Live In Business mod if you plan to have a homebased daycare center. I left a room empty just in case you need that as a bedroom. I also recommend redecorating to your taste.
The second option is More Buyable Business Mod, both are by LittleMsSam, where you run it as a stand alone business while maintaining a separate residential lot. Please read either of the mod download pages to get full details on how those mods work.

How To Download And Install:
Click the link below, unzip the file and place the bin files in your Sims 4 "Tray" folder. (Just drop them in there as is) Place the contents of the mod folder in your Sims 4 "Mods" folder.
