局部修正について見直し/Review of mosaic censorship

This change not only reduces the workload but also allows for a more detailed representation.

これまで性器にモザイク修正を行っていましたが、色々確認したところスジにモザイクは不要ということでしたので、手間を省く意味でもスジ解禁としました。
ただし既に修正を行っているデータもあります。そこはご了承ください。
