Correct. Moro uses magic to enhance his ki abilities, and he still needs ki to attack. So the only people on Earth who can realistically stop Scorch, people who use magic separately are Spike the Devil Man, Piccolo, and Zangya. If we count the bad guys, Dabura, Towa and Babidi could damage Scorch. There is a downside. If you use any magic or physical attacks to harm him and he receives any critical damage, Scorch body reacts violently, and he goes thermonuclear.

Correct. The problem with Moro he uses magic and ki together, sort of like a hybrid of the two. He uses magic to telekinetically draw ki out of planets and people, but because he relies on ki to make it powerful, Scorch sucks that power right out and the magic part is useless on its own. Pure magic though will have a lot more effect, like how Scorch was stopped the first time when the Hera God of Destruction figured it out.

Dialogue can be hard. Personally, I find my dialogue to be very robotic and too complex for what should be casual interactions between characters. What I try to do, during most scenes, I try to replicate dialogue between the characters' English dubs, while also combining some language from my everyday interactions with friends. When I come to massive slabs of dialogue like exposition, I tend to ramble a bit. I don't mean to though. I'm still working through cutting it down and making it simplified.
