I'll be celebrating on Twitch (9 -10 AM UTC) reaching my 2nd month and a year of being off my meds! The year hasn't been perfect and has been riddled with many mishaps. But, I fought through with all the tools my therapist and psychiatrist gave me to be able to navigate my chaotic mental state.

There is no shame in needing to take medication again or staying on it for what feels forever. I am proud of everyone who suffers yet fights for themselves every day 😊✨
