Simplified step by step guides to installing items and animations.

For those who found the discord guides too confusing
(they are. I want to rewrite them eventually.)


Patreon items:

1. download the patreon items pack

2. go to figura/avatars/ folder, create a new folder "Global_Catalogue"

3. put contents of the patreon items pack zip file into that folder (password is specified on patreon post, to unlock the zip file)

4. go into FBA avatar/TOOLS, run program "Catalog Manager"

The left column (orange) should be "global catalog", it contains the patreon items, the right column is your avatar's items, that show up in-game.

Selecting the items in the global catalog column will give you option in the middle to add them to the avatar catalog if its not present.

Keep in mind: avatar catalog has a LIMIT of how many items it can have before it "breaks", if the avatar breaks, it will become stuck loading forever. If it loads for over 5 minutes straight that's likely it being broken.

Select items in the right column, will allow you to add them to global catalog, and also to remove them from avatar catalog

Remove items you don't like from avatar catalog (and save them in global catalog) to free up space (Global catalog items do not count towards the limit)

Use the tool like that to balance items inside the avatar catalog that you see in-game without reaching limit, and making up your own catalog out of items you like.

NSFW Patreon animations pack:

1. download zip file with NSFW Scenes

2. Drag the zip file contents into FBA Avatar/Animations/ folder (enter password which is said in the patreon post)

3. Open the program in animations folder, "BBmodel anims transfer"

4. Press at the top, checkbox "Enable Actor Mode"

5. Press blue button at the top "Choose actor source..."

6. Select an "_Actor" marked model located inside the first Actor folder out of the ones you dragged in

7. Press "Apply Animations"

8. Repeat this process until you've done every _Actor folder's model (be patient each "apply" may take minutes to finish)

9. The extra model in the zip file "NSFW Anims Holder" is also an _Actor, you need to apply it and then delete it afterwards as it shouldn't be present after use. (All "actor" folder models should remain. Only it is deleted.)

*Note: if you change what items are in the avatar, and add new ones using catalog manager,

You need to open the Anim Transfer program tool and press apply without changing any settings (to apply the saved animations onto the new items so they're synchronized.
