Ill be real, things in my life have been hard, i might move again soon who knows. Art has felt difficult, spice content has been draining, friends and family are....well confusing, my relationship with my body has been awful.

There has just been this large disconnect in my brain lately. After being largely displeased with two attempts at a spice shoot i was sitting around moping having turned off my studio lights and yeeted my wig and golden hour came pouring in through the window. For some reason i had a spark of inspiration to play with the moving lights in the trees and was able to make some vent art.

If you see pain and sadness in my expression, its because its there, i have felt so alone lately and confused. Its been a long time since ive used art to just let out my emotions and gods did it feel good again to do.

Sometimes i have this feeling of "i just want to make art not content"

While alot of content is art, a lot of the times to keep up in social media you just have to make random content to keep up, its not exactly fulfilling creatively but it keeps the bills paid ya know? And sometimes doing that content just to keep up with social media gets in the way of doing the actual art you want to make.

Sometimes i feel myself putting off larger project because i know they will take longer and it wont be beneficial to algorithms and its so stupid. I desperately want to free myself from this stupid jail ive put myself in.

This vent art felt so freeing, satisfied my brain creatively and emotionally. Cant wait to do more ❤️
