From start, this animation doesn`t have the main view angle like in other animations. This makes the "If it looks bad, just hide it" rule not work. The pose should look good from all angles.
The next complicating part is that this is one of the extreme poses where most models just break (like the original NSFW model). And animating it without big model deformations is quite hard.
Also, it will have a lot of clipping between models. It can be partially solved using a cloth modifier on the model (like in the thick Sladdoska model), but sadly this one doesn`t have it. And creating it for this model will take a lot of time, and will not be worth it.
