Secret Apparel Update!

Hope everyone is having a great start to their year! I am currently an order fulfillment / customer support machine. Packages left and right, emails up and down, nothing can stop me. A lot of people have been asking "Hey, I heard Bob got his secret apparel already, where's mine?" and I am here to give you an update.
We put in the order for the secret apparel in two batches, one a few days before pre-orders closed, and another once orders were finalized. Our reasoning was to test to make sure that the boxes would actually get to us, and to start shipping them out to you guys as quickly as possible. It was good that we tested, because one or two boxes got lost on their way to us. We've let the factory know, and we're expecting to receive the items from the missing boxes as well as batch two in about 2 weeks.
So yeah! If you still haven't received yours, don't worry, we haven't forgotten about you. I even think about fulfilling orders in my dreams. We're doing our best and will ship out your hoodies and shirts the moment we receive them :)
