In whatever is your current comic you will put in a splash page where there is one panel for the entire page probably with dialogue if necessary but it would be one giant work of art. The sponsor has his name and thank you along the bottom of the image alongside your Patreon and tumblr info for all time. Like a dedication. The cost would be less than a commissioned piece of art because it will be for all. But still a decent amount. You can also maybe allow suggestions by the patron for where in the narrative or maybe choose between a couple rough sketches or some other input.
