omg I'm teaching an OC workshop

Ok hi guys quick update. The fellas over at Daisie were wild enough to reach out to me to ask me to teach a class so that's happening now https://www.daisie.com/Creating-Relatable-Original-Characters

I'll be covering basically my own Edgy Backstory (tm) on how tf I got here making a living with my OCs as well as lots of advice on how to create characters that other people will care about and how to monetize them in a way that isn't absolutely draining for your souls. This includes how I get ideas for merch, Patreon content, how I use my OCs to net freelance jobs, etc.

I'll also be going over character creation & where exactly to start with it using some of my OCs as an example so y'all can learn abt the origin stories for some of these lil shits.

There'll be a QnA at the end so I'd love to talk to anyone directly that has questions and I can answer in more detail! The workshop will be discussion friendly bc I rly like talking to people about their OCs so for real feel free to drop in if you'd just like any advice about developing yours or if you just wanna ramble to me I'm up 4 it

And zongo my parrot will be there bc they are making me do this over a zoom call so if I gotta suffer with a face reveal zongo does too
