i got SUPER COOL PAINT MARKERS for Christmas from a lovely follower and have been obsessed with them ever since like wow traditional art is fun again even if there is no undo button who would've thought
I used Posca Paint Pens on synthetic Yupo paper for this. If you wanna try these I recommend using a different type of paper that's less slippery and eraser-friendly if you like laying down a pencil sketch, like bristol paper or just use canvas with these markers since it's literally acrylic paint
also if anyone has tips for recording setups let me know pls i am so lost. i bought a ring light and barely know how to use it but at least its serving as a Cool Lamp and made recording this process video possible

and small update i guess:
if you view my insta stories you probably know i've been selling off some of my original paintings & sketches! at first it was because i was totally panicking over student loan payments starting up again in 2022 and was listing up my sketchbook doodles for extra income, but it ended up getting me back into good ol' pen and paper and i've honestly been enjoying art a lot more again and I think i really needed that for a brief mental break to remind myself why i love drawing so much in the first place.
I know i've been a bit slower on comics in favor of just making art in general, but i promise i'll start back up on that again once i get back in the groove of things!!
