Run BTS vs Bon Voyage 👀

We saw the results from the last poll and Bon Voyage won 🎉 We did notice that a lot of you mentioned Run BTS and that is more of a representation of their personalities. So we listened to you and decided to make another poll to decide which of the two we should watch 😊
Thanks again for joining us on this journey and we can't wait to see more of the boys 🙌🏿

But I think starting run will give you a better idea of where they started and who they all are as individuals before watching the more down to earth and intimate type of videos that is bon voyage . I’d say get a good way thru run bts and then maybe start bon voyage after getting thru a year or twos worth of run. Obvi it’s y’all’s channel and I’m along for the ride regardless just thought I’d share my thoughts.

If you didn’t start from the beginning yourselves would you understand the inside jokes they make in later episodes??? Please watch everything The earlier episodes aren’t even that long and you can compile about 3 in a single video. 😌

2025-04-06 04:47:25 +0000 UTCIf you choose Run BTS, do what you want! You can start at the beginning but know that the first 13-15 eps are slow as they figure out what the show is. Otherwise you can choose certain episodes to watch (there are a lot). I think jumping around to certain episodes is perfectly fine as well if you don't want to commit to a long series. It is your preference and your channel 💜 I just want to emphasize that lol. You should do what is best for you two and your channel. There is no wrong way to BTS.

2025-04-05 21:41:31 +0000 UTCI would suggest watching the first 10 episodes of Run BTS then watching the first season of Bon Voyage as chronologically, this is how it went and it will be easier to follow the natural order of these shows. Also, your reaction to Run BTS will be able to be on YouTube without issues but Bon Voyage will give you fits. This option would allow you to watch both shows in chronological order while still having reactions to offer on YouTube of RunBTS and it would make it much easier for you.

2025-04-05 21:28:03 +0000 UTCI agree, these shows are quite different in how they run and can be watched jointly however if they don’t want to do both at the same time, they could reasonably do the first season of Bon Voyage then switch to the first several episodes of Run BTS or vice versa. They could actually do this chronologically by starting with Run BTS watching those episodes until the first Bon Voyage comes up, watch that and back to Run BTS until the next Bon Voyage and so on.

2025-04-05 21:14:59 +0000 UTCIn my opinion these two shows are very different from each other. They can be watched in conjunction with each other. Run episodes are hilarious and when I'm feeling down, I pick one and I immediately cheer up. Bon voyage shows them in a different setting, not being an idol but being "normal" young men traveling with their friends. The Bon Voyage series have less episodes then Run and once you finish BV, you can start with In the Soop!! Some Run episodes, especially in the beginning are a bit cringe but they're still funny. You can tell how much their budget changes throughout the 154 episodes...heck you can see this in all their content..even the evolution of their practice rooms!! I don't think they need to be watched in order, the episodes that go together should be watched together though. Either way, both shows are excellent ways to see more of the member's personalities and I'm excited for you to watch them!!

The guys took time to film them for army so it’s sad when people skip over them so I don’t know why people cut certain episodes of the show. Of course the older they are and the more famous they become, the more high quality the show is and better the games but we get to see their progress throughout! They’re short so you can do a few episodes in one video x

2025-04-05 19:33:30 +0000 UTCPls, skip straight to the flying yoga run episodes. It is funny, more recent, and more importantly since you guys are newer army, there isn't really any inside jokes or Korean humor as much as other episodes. So it is a good starting place.

Most people are just gonna be pushing for their favorite episodes to be watched. And others won’t be able to see the ones they enjoy. Doing it in order is the best way. You can just watch 3 episodes in one since the early episodes are super short. Please go in order I’m on another Patreon and they voted to watch episodes out of order and now the comments are complaining. Please go in order. If people don’t want them going in order. Why vote for such a long show and not Bon voyage which is only 8 episodes??? Patreon/new Army is so backwards to me

The early episodes mimic a standard type of humor and format of Korean variety shows, that they might not vibe with, plus the first few episodes are so short and don’t really highlight any individual personalities. I think they should start with the flying yoga episode, the waterpark trilogy, or some of the cooking episodes. We have to remember that the editing on a run is super overwhelming, and if they start with episodes that are too complex or episodes with game rules then it might not be fun for them.

2025-04-05 18:56:46 +0000 UTCI don’t even personally think chronological order is needed, sure some themes of episodes have two or three episodes to them but I think it could be fun for people to recommend their favourite episodes. It’s just that the first couple of episodes are pretty short and there’s a lot of them. It would take them years to get through.
