Work In Progress - Nightshade Vale Location Mod

I'm working on a new location mod. It's a witch home for one of my OCs Elizabeth. I tried to picture an old decomposing house and a graveyard in the woods using only vanilla assets.
It will be available for Habsburg Elite members - my most faithful Patrons. Still some stuff left to do plus navmeshing, but most of the gardening is done :)

The main part (the Vale and the main room of the shack) is already done. You can download it on Discord in the "elite-downloads" section. I will add two or three extra spaces and enlarge the main room just after I finish Royal Vampire Armor project.
