Our illustrator needs help

She is developing an eye condition and we need money for her surgery in 2 months
She haves strabismus, and the condition has been worsening recently.
I will post the important documents in the comments if you need proof of it. we need pretty much 750$

Well, now we should see what we can do now, and what is our current situation.
Things are not going very well, I have been making too much comissioned work to pay the rest of the team, and that let me with no time to code the game myself, yet I managed to make more advances in content needed for new youtube animations.
I think I should focus only in pixel art, since coding is too hard for me, I can still do it if there are no other option, but there are 2 persons I know that are far more skilled than I in that.

The images above are secondary character's designs for a comic project the illustrator and I were working in, we planned on releasing that before the game to create hype and explain the origins of some of the characters

I have came up with some options of what we could do in this situation about the coding and the illustrator:


We could create a new tier to get more funds for the illustrator's surgery. I should have to think in the rewards.
Maybe someone here could comission me an animation with an upfront payment, but you would have to be patient since I'm working in 7 different comissioned works at once, and all of them but one already paid in advance, so i can't just finish those to get the funds we need from there.
You could also just donate a small amount of money if you desire, for details you can hit me up in discord.
if nothing works then the following 2 months I will redirect all the payments that belong to the rest of the team to her.

What have I been using the funds in so far?
I usually pay the illustrator from 150$ to 200$
from 50$ to 200$ to the various programmers I hired over time. But currently I have not paying any programmer since I tried coding the game myself and found myself without time to do it.
from 50$ to 200$ to a friend that helps me with the pixel art.
50$ to 100$ to the composer.
And I tend to keep the rest for myself, the pixel artist, which is usually from 200$ to 250$.

About the illustrator:
Since the project started she designed pretty much all of the characters we are using, the character Pherl actually used to belong to her, but she gifted her to me many years ago.

About the programming issue:
There are 2 very skilled individuals I know that are willing to code the game for me, one of them would charge 200$ per month, the other probably 500$
