Okayu Gold Bikini

Hey guys! I figured I'd go back to the basics after doing all those multi-girl gens and do a lewd Okayu set for golden week. I decided to try black background instead of white for a set with an undefined background and I think it highlights the girl much better. But what do you think of black as a choice for simple backgrounds? The set took a little while longer because I tried to do those goofy sunglasses Okayu wears and I had to inpaint them every time so they're opaque. I hope that they look good and add a silly/sexy vibe.

Anyways, I want to follow this up with another post tomorrow. See ya then!

Yeah, love the bikini. I think this is my favorite rendition of the trend with how the material looks and how it bites on the skin. Also agree with the glasses, sadly... i think it's too opaque and black so it acts like pseudo eyes and/or blends with the background. I do find it funny that the brown below the glasses looks like it's reflecting the boobs and only that.

Definitely love the the plumpness of your models. The maturity evoked by the eyes and lips also gets me weak. Excited to see more of these. As for the black background, you generally don't use pure black in works for multiple reasons. Maybe you could try getting the dominant color in the work and using a desaturated version of that color(Feb 1 - Raora), adjacent colors(Mar 1/May 4 - Mel), or whatever color relationship you feel like playing with? For this one, I was thinking desaturated colors like (Mar 1 - Okayu), and if nothing else, separate the subject from the black with a color border like (April 7 - Cali). Sorry if I get wordy with these things, but I really like your works so I'd like to give what I can if asked.

Called it! Not like it was hard to guess anyway Bikini looks great, i didn't expect it to be that skimpy. As for glasses, I think that they make Okayu look too goofy. The only exception is my favorite image in this set, the one numbered 4. I may be a bit weird, but for me white background looked better. Maybe some kind of gradient is the way to go? At the end of the day it's the least important part.
