Sealed Chests

Hello! I have something new today!

Last week, I finally beat Chrono Trigger for the first time (I know, I know, only 30 years late...). If you're a fan of that game, you'll remember the mysterious sealed chests that are locked until the player acquires a magical upgrade.

The idea inspired me to create some unique-looking chests that you can use in your own game world!

When I started working on these, I got the idea to use the same colors as these Crystal Shrines from a previous release. Maybe in your game's world, there's some sort of connection between the shrines and the sealed chests. Some sort of ancient magic...? Hmmm...

By the way, I included some extra regular chests onto this sprite sheet. I think these are new-- at last in this style. You see, I went back to my Elements-style treasure chests for this one, because I wanted to release the sealed chests with both color styles. So while I had that open, I figured that it wouldn't hurt to recolor the Elements chests into the TF color scheme. This way you have both.

Anyways -- I hope that you get a lot of use out of today's assets!

Okay-- it looks like this is the last release for the month. Felt like this one flew by-- I guess that makes sense, February is a short month, after all.
