Floating Crystal Orb
Added 2021-09-10 15:00:09 +0000 UTCHello! I have something for you that I think is pretty cool.

One of the requests in the patron thread gave me the idea to share this with you today.
Previously I've released a couple of graphics that I made for my upcoming platformer, Jubilee. When I saw a patron request for a key orb type of object, I thought about this crystal-orb that I made for that game. In Jubilee, it's a simple crystal-ball object that has a clean circle-flash animation, so I'm sharing that with you here today.
But... just sharing that alone feels like cheating... I want to give you mostly original stuff in these releases, so that your patronage is worthwhile. So...
I went ahead and added some new extra frames for your use: this orb has some cracked/destroyed frames; it could be used as an animation or to show different stages of damage.
I also have a copy with a shadow underneath-- to help ground this orb into your RPG projects (seen in the example above). I hope that you're able to get some use from this!
There are two color variations: the original blue and a red variation that I made for today's release.
I have these organized two different ways. The 100% version is a regular horizontal sprite-sheet designed for use in any engine. The RPGMaker-format sheets (200% and 300% versions) are organized a little weird, because of RPGMaker-- but I tried to arrange them in a logical way. Hopefully it makes sense.
Downloads - Blue:
- Sprite Sheet - 100%
- Sprite Sheet with Shadow - 100%
- RPGMaker Format - 200% - RMVX/Ace
- RPGMaker Format - 200% - RMMV/MZ
Downloads - Red:
- Sprite Sheet - 100%
- Sprite Sheet with Shadow - 100%
- RPGMaker Format - 200% - RMVX/Ace
- RPGMaker Format - 200% - RMMV/MZ
------
So-- just like I outlined in the previous end of month thread-- this week I spent finishing up Jubilee's final beta. Now it's time to get rolling with the long-awaited elements stuff-- I'm planning on hitting it hard next week!
That's it for now. Have a great weekend.
Thanks!
