[Announcement to FAN] - Notice of Revision

Dear Everyone,

Last November 22nd, 2022 I submitted an announcement to all fans and followers that I would delete most of my artwork because it would not comply with the new Terms of Use for pixivFANBOX, BOOTH, and Pixiv Requests. It's been several days after the new terms of use is updated last December 15th, 2022 and I never received any warning about my artwork and posts here on Fanbox and BOOTH, and I did a little digging and found these notices of revision.

There is also an update regarding the definition of "Prohibited Items"

What are "Prohibited Items"?

”Prohibited Items" are:

・Items that contain live-action elements in violation of public order and standards of decency

・Items that violate public order and standards of decency due to being so highly realistic as to create concerns about whether their creation may have involved the victimization of living people or animals

”Prohibited Items" are items that meet the following two conditions.

1. Types of work (examples)

・Live action

・Photo-realistic work that could be mistaken for live action

・Works that cause concerns about whether their creation may have involved the victimization of living people or animals

2. Work content (examples)

・Sexual exploitation or sexual abuse of a minor (*1)

・Incest

・Bestiality

・Rape (or any other non-consensual sexual behavior)

・Non-consensual mutilation of a person or body part

・Any other content deemed inappropriate by Pixiv

So in regard to these revisions, I conclude that all my artwork is not part of the prohibited items since they are all 3DCG computer process artwork that doesn't involve any live action nor living people or animals in the process of making, and I'd like to continue posting my artwork here until otherwise, Pixiv inc prohibited me to do so.
