Phonetics Lessons 26 and 28: Now updated with native recordings!
Added 2021-02-18 10:59:09 +0000 UTCGood evening Patrons!
I hope that this post finds you well. I just wanted to let everyone know that I've updated lessons 26 and 28 with high-quality native recordings. As a reminder, lesson 26 introduces terracing, while lesson 28 explores pitch-accent in question words and phrases, and covers some common phonetics mistakes native English speakers make when dealing with questions in Japanese.
As usual, if anyone has any questions or concerns with regards to this post, feel free to leave a comment below!
Thank you for your continued support, and good luck with your future Japanese studies!

2021-02-23 06:40:31 +0000 UTCHi, Claes! Thank you for your suggestion. Onomatopoeia are not uncommon in everyday conversation in Japanese. This is definitely something I would like to do in the future. Again, thanks!

2021-02-22 02:19:37 +0000 UTCHi Dogen, I have a little video suggestion. I would be interested in Pitch accent patterns for Onomatopoeia. It’s something I can’t quite wrap my head around. Thanks! Claes
