Flying Garden

"It is said that the Garden in the Sky is one of the rare beautiful sights of the known world. The members of the Court could be expected to enjoy nothing less. 

It's one of the greater disappointments that sights such as this are beyond the reach of the commoners of the realm. At times, the clouds and the gardens meet. They become a sea, with wisps of clouds, indistinguishable from waves across an endless white ocean lapping at the shores of the Garden's balcony.  

Courtiers of all rank and creed are accepted in the Garden, though during the most notorious of events guards strictly control access. It serves as a reminder of the splendor enjoyed by persons of import, parallel to the grandeur of the royal household.  

To be present in the garden is, in itself, a recognized symbol of stature. As such, it's become the grounds in which business is conducted in public view. While it's largely considered a social affair, often important business and politics of the nobility are discussed on these grounds."

Hey all!

I might have gone overboard with the variations on this one ... but sometimes it's just to temping.

A lot of the previous suggestions were 'sky' related and I thought it'd be neat do a sort of royal garden that's either so high up it's in the clouds or part of a floating city. And then it was all to easy to think about this city visiting other planes and generally flying around.

Anyway, hope you enjoy it! :)
