This custom recording is designed to help the listener suppress the urge to touch their face or pull their hair when they are feeling stressed or anxious. The sensation of being embraced is used in this recording to make it so that the listener feels relaxed and is unable to move their hands up towards their face when they feel the urge to do so. This recording mentions me holding the listener in an embrace and mentions the use of a hypnotic gas to lull the listener into a deep trance. Please listen to this recording while laying down on a bed with stereo headphones, at the end there is an optional wake up command that will let you either wake up or drift off into sleep.
