Patreon is Censoring Artists; Leaving Soon

First of all, I want to say how grateful I am for all the support I received on Patreon the last 3 years. But, I no longer feel that Patreon is a reliable place for NSFW artists to make a living. 

I am pausing all pledges for August so nobody will be charged. I provided a REFUND for everybody that donated in July. I'd rather you keep the money for this month than Patreon get a cut of it.  

I predict Patreon will go the way of Tumblr soon...

Changes to Pledges Starting July 1st

Patrons will be charged again June 1st, but I also want everyone to know that starting July 1st, Patreon will have rules to charge sales tax on pledges. 

This is because of new laws passing in many countries, including the USA. Whether or not you will be charged sales tax depends on your location. Not every pledge is taxable, and sometimes only a fraction of a pledge will be taxable.

Taking a Break in May

Do to some new work opportunity that came up, I'll have less time to draw.

I'll pause Patreon for May so patrons will not be charged until perhaps June. 

I still plan to finish promised Patreon art that was meant for April. I'll be prioritizing requests, the last poll winner, and that Miko Jam pic. 

So you can still look forward to seeing those soon. :)

Before You Are Charged April 1st

Before any patron gets charged April 1st, if you need to decrease your pledges or pause Patreon, do to how this pandemic is affecting your job or your finances, I will understand.

You all need to support yourselves and your family first.

Returning to Patreon Soon

Hello! It's been a while since I went on hiatus last year. 

I'm thinking about returning to Patreon either on February or March; depends how busy I am. The reason been I received lots of messages about when I'll re-open comms during my break. I'm now following up with these new comms, which means new content I could post here early. 

Whichever month I choose, I'll make sure to announce it a week in advance before anyone gets charged again.

On Hiatus

Hello Patrons,

I will be taking a break from Patreon to focus on my studies and find better full-time employment. 

All my active patrons will not be billed starting October 1st, 2019 and further onward. Whenever I feel I am ready to return, I will announce it before everyone gets billed again. 

I will still post art on occasion in my other blogs, so you can always keep up with me there.

PUTIN UPDATE: Hiatus Starting October

I am taking a hiatus from commissions and Patreon to focus on my education. I don't want to do customer service for the rest of my life and I can't find better jobs because I never have the skills they look for.

Before October 2019, I will notify you all when I pause my Patreon so patrons won't be charged while I am away. I will still post the occasional doodles on my social media pages, and there's some final art and comms you will still see on Patreon...

PUTIN UPDATE: New Year, New Changes

Charge Up Front Coming 12/7/2018

Last month I noticed 3 sneaky buggers who pledged before the end of November and then deleted it so they wouldn't be charged. Maybe they took advantage or maybe they genuinely felt the content wasn't worth the money.

Either way, it's unfair to the patrons who donate monthly.

PUTIN UPDATE: Future Reward Changes

Tip Jar Tier - Unchanged.

Piggy Bank Tier - Adding EDITS as a new reward. I was thinking of making them exclusive forever, but that may not be practical do to the time spent working on them.

Some of my content and EDITS will be early access by 1 or 2 weeks. 

Vault Tier - There should a small extra reward besides the sketch rewards, but I don't know what.
