This recording is a slave training file which uses repetitive acceptance and denial physical body language motions in response to submissive suggestions. This recording is for slaves whom desire to accept their role on a deeper level. This recording focuses on deep effective brainwashing rather than direct sexual suggestions. A slightly more aggressive tone is used in encouraging the correct behavior.
Some people may find listening to this while sitting up to be more comfortable due to the arm movements, but it can also be listened to while laying down.
There are two versions: one which has the listener repeat a mantra through half of the recording, the other without any spoken mantras.

I'm not into the slave thing, or at least I wasn't, but after this and other files I really do feel a deep compulsion to obey and submit to Mistress Fiona. But how do I do it? Besides listening to her files (I listen to most of them anyway), how do I know what she wants of me? It sort of hurts or feels empty that I can't serve her somehow (which is very much a surprise to this headstrong lad).
