Oofta, didn't know Josh was that popular. Thank you though.

Josh Spicer

AAAARGH. You know how you requested that I credit you only by "Josh R."? You don't? That's because I got you confused with a DIFFERENT JOSH. AGHHH. Will fix and reupload, at least for Vimeo.

Todd in the Shadows

Weird how every other video my name pops in and out.

Josh Spicer

Fuck Yeah, Richard Cheese in the credits

Doctor Starky

God, this song is still a staple in my local rock radios... I hate it with a passion. Seeing the video didn't help. I get why it was a hit, but it sounded lame even before being overplayed to hell. Still, entertaining episode as usual ! That Linkin Park ripoff they made was hysterical.

Robert Baczkowski

That really brings back all my memories of being a huge Disturbed fan. I still like some of their music, although the lead singer is an asshole.

Brett

Your mention of Linkin Park makes me wonder: do you hold any sort of positive feelings towards them or are they just another nu metal band (if not the most successful)?

Josh Spicer

Ah nu metal...we meet again...why the hell do I still find myself loving you as a genre even today?

Josh Spicer

I wasn't expecting a OHW from the title, but I must admit I recognised the song instantly. Guess I never thought about who did it. I suppose that's half the fun :) Wierdly I actually recognised the riff from the 'failed follow up'. Partly from another song a few years later (Jaimeson - Complete), but mainly because it was one of the Sky TV Guide tracks. It was strange enough hearing it on the radio at the time, I would never have expected it to randomly show up like this 10-odd years on.

Naomi Millar

So, there you have it. Flea's highest charting hit wasn't even an RHCP song.
