Bunch of his allies wear them down and luffy has the last fight when they are tire and weak. Plus kaido is not even in his prime and it is already almost impossible to beat him. When luffy has the power to beat kaido 1 vs 1 that don't really matter ainy more. Those strong emperor gotten older and weaker.

Out of all the smile fruits he got his head stuck In a rooster butt and the tail is his hair for the rest of his life. I would've ended my life as soon as i got that fruit( I would choose a fail smile over this at any day at any time) kudos to him for pushing through and rocking that look.

2022-01-20 18:15:19 +0000 UTCThe samurai talking while Kaido is down is a bit of filler. Unfortunately the filler makes them look like fools when they are supposed to be somewhat smart. In the original they go for Kaido again immediately without delay but he gets up before they reach him.
