At this point Momo is one year older than when Luffy met Ace. (Momo 8 Luffy 7 in case of confusion) In that time Momo has also went through a HELL of a lot more than Luffy did at that time (born on the Oro Jackson (to one of the greatest men that ever lived) traveled for a few years before returning to Wano with his sick mother (who took charge at once to spread the word of Oden) then his father returns and a few years later he dies in one of the most heroic ways any character has ever died, and he is put face to face with Kaido. A person viewed as a literal god. Then he is sent into the future and sees the graves of every family member he has ever known before being thrown into the gathering of allies. I think he is LONG overdue a LOT of crying. Hell, if it where me, I don't think I would have ever stopped. Also Luffy should have WAY better observation Haki so he would not have to say: Someone there? When Jimbei show up.
