Lelouche's family was just a hot mess and now this mess is a bigger mess. SO many things were happening that even theorizing what will happen next will be a waste of time. lol

The whole time she was "gone", she finally realizes the truth about Lelouch being Zero, taking over Britannia, and his actions with everyone. You can tell she is not happy about any of this. "Brother. Suzaku. I am.. your enemy"
