If you all follow me on Twitter you may already know, but I had been in pain for a couple of days and had to go to the hospital yesterday. Come to find out I had a ruptured ovarian cyst. Im still super sore and it's hard to stand but I do plan on getting back on the grind. Thank you all for your patienceโค
