I do feel like all Dio is doing is sending potential allies to Jojo's way but hey I am not gna complain. Seems him and Grandpa Jo are gna need ALL the help they need.

Dio doesn't have the power of all stands, it's just that they say Dio has the power to rule over all stands (just another way of saying his stand is supposed to be the most powerful). Also in the case of Lisa Lisa she was like late 40's early 50's in part 2 and 50 years has passed so we just have to assume anyone older than Old Man Joseph is dead or no longer active at this point since he's like 70 years old now.

Im not sure if anyone has said this, but from now on whenever you watch Jojo's if it doesn't show the "To Be Continued" sign at the end then the episode hasn't ended. Even if the ending song plays, there's usually an after credit scene you don't want to miss. Awesome reaction as always!!! 💯 🔥 👏🏾
